- Replacements Only: Replacement is available only if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Report Within 24 Hours: Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.
Conditions for Replacement
- The item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
- A valid unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage or defect.
- We reserve the sole right to approve or reject any replacement request based on the evidence provided.
