Cancellation Policy
At Tresse Straps, we strive to deliver your premium watch straps as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, if you need to cancel an order, please review our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellation Before Processing:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After the 2 hours mark, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@tressestraps.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
If your cancellation request is approved, the full amount minus the payment gateway fees will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Sale items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled:
Orders that are already under processing or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for cancellation.
Custom or personalized watch straps (if applicable) are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
If Your Order Is Already Under Processing or Shipped:
Unfortunately, once your order is marked as processing or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Note:
Refunds, if applicable, are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
Prepaid orders are only eligible for cancellation within the 2-hour window and only if unprocessed. Once under processing or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Important: All cancellation requests are subject to approval by Tresse Straps. We reserve the sole right to accept or reject any cancellation request at our discretion.
